What is Assist Start?
Assist Start is the plan for stations that want to get going without fixed costs. You pay 25 NOK per job run through Assist – no jobs means no ongoing licence cost. You become a customer from day one, with no trial period and no minimum term.
Price cap: never more than 3 970 NOK per month
The monthly price on Start is always capped at 3 970 NOK – the same as the Standard plan. You can never pay more than Standard, however many jobs you run.
We track usage per station over three months. If you sit at the price cap for all three of those months, you move over to Standard at the end of the period – the plan that then gives you the lowest price per job at your volume. If your volume keeps growing, the tiered model moves you further up the ladder. Whichever works out best for you as a customer.
How are the jobs counted?
Every active job in Assist with the status «Open», «Completed» or «Cancelled» counts. Drafts do not count. The number is taken from Assist, shown in the solution and carried onto the monthly invoice.
Onboarding: choose the package that suits you
Onboarding is a fixed one-off cost, and you choose the level yourself:
Small – 3 550 NOK: Basic setup of Assist, access to the knowledge base and to our YouTube training channel.
Medium – 5 570 NOK: Everything in Small, plus training for your administrator and import of your customer register and products.
Max – 7 970 NOK: Everything in Medium, plus training for your administrator, finance manager and drivers.
Integrations
With Start you can choose a finance integration with no fixed monthly costs:
Finance – per order: 1 000 NOK to set up, then 11 NOK per order transferred to your finance system. You only pay for what you actually use. (Available with Start only.)
Finance – fixed price: 1 000 NOK to set up and 750 NOK per month.
Tracksys: 1 000 NOK to set up and 950 NOK per month.
No minimum term
Start has no minimum term – the licence can be ended at the end of any month. Support is of course included, exactly as it is for every other customer.
Extras and services
If you need more training later, extra training for a driver, operator, administrator or finance manager can be booked at 1 650 NOK per hour – as a one-off booking too, without changing plan. Order here.
