How to set up notifications for the app and browser

Go to account settings

Click the three dots next to your profile picture at the bottom of Assist and select Account settings.

Open the Notifications section

Scroll down to Notifications and enable Browser notifications by switching the toggle on.

Choose which events you want to be notified about

Turn notifications on and off for: driver assignment, driver responses, duty operations manager, requests, and no response from the driver.

Grant permission in the browser

Under This browser it should say Permission granted — otherwise you need to allow notifications in your browser settings. Click Save changes to confirm.

Automatic escalation sequence

When a job is assigned, Assist automatically starts a timed sequence. The driver is given time to respond, while

the operations centre is kept informed throughout.

Notification types in Assist

Assist works with two categories of notification. They are designed to act as a safety net — the driver

is given time to react, while the operations centre is always kept informed if something stalls.

Tip: Unread notifications

Notifications you have not read are shown with a counter next to the bell at the top of the menu. Click the bell to see all

unread notifications, mark them as read one by one with the cross, or use the "mark all as read" button to

clear them in one click.
