Before you start
The job must be marked as Arrived at job site.
You must have access to photos or files on the phone or device you are using.
Do not add sensitive information that does not belong to the job.
How to open Documentation
Open the job.
Mark Arrived at job site when you get there.
Go to Do the job.
Tap Documentation.
How to upload
Tap Upload.
Select one or more photos or files.
Wait until the upload has finished.
Check that the files appear under Photos or Documents.
On mobile you can usually choose between the camera, your photo library and files, depending on your device.
What should you document?
Take at least 5 photos, and attach any files that help the station understand the job:
damage or condition before the work starts,
where the vehicle was standing,
key location or agreed collection point,
the finished work,
transport or delivery,
storage,
receipts or relevant documents.
Only use photos that are necessary for the job. Assist stamps every photo with GPS location and time/date.
View or delete documentation
Tap a photo to open it larger.
Tap a document to open the file.
Use the delete icon if you need to remove a file that was uploaded by mistake. If the job is locked, you may not be able to delete documentation.
What happens next
Once the documentation has been uploaded, the number of files is shown on the Documentation card in Do the job.
You can go back to the job and continue with Work performed, Payment, Storage or the next status.
If something is not working
If you cannot find Documentation check that the job is marked as Arrived at job site.
If the upload does not complete, check your coverage or network and try again.
If a file shows an error, delete it and upload it again.
If you cannot delete a file, the job may be locked.
When are you done?
You are done when the necessary photos and files have been uploaded and the documentation is visible on the job.
