Typical uses:
The Job Interpreter lets you paste in text or images, and uses artificial intelligence (AI) to draft a job for you. You don't have to type everything yourself – it saves time!
You can use it to interpret things like:
Emails from customers (copy the text or take a screenshot)
Text messages from customers
Screenshots from VIS or other systems
Free text typed while you are on the move
Speech dictated straight into your phone using speech-to-text
Important information about the AI interpretation
This feature uses AI (artificial intelligence), specifically a Large Language Model from OpenAI.
AI is clever, but not always perfect. It may:
Interpret something incorrectly
Invent information
Write something in the wrong language
👉 Always check that the draft looks correct before you create the job
How to use the Job Interpreter – step by step
1. Tap “New job” (you need the Operator role or higher)
2. Select “Job Interpreter”
3. Paste in text or upload an image
You can paste straight into the text field
Or tap the image icon to upload a screenshot

4. Tap “Generate draft”
The AI now creates a draft job
The draft appears in the box called:
“Step 2 – approve interpreted information”
5. Check the draft
You can switch off any fields you don't want to include
If we find a registration number, we show extra details from the vehicle register in blue – this can also be switched off
6. Tap “Create job and open”
Done! 🎉
Tips for the best results
✅ Keep it short
If you copy from an email, include only what matters. The AI performs worse when it gets too much text.
✅ Use it on the move
You don't need to write long descriptions. For example:
“Car upside down in the ditch by Biltema Forus. HB62312. 92457066.”
You can also dictate the text using the microphone icon on your phone
This generates a complete draft job automatically. It doesn't get simpler than that!
