It may look like a lot of information to fill in, but you will pick it up quickly! A good tip is to use the Interpreter to generate the jobs for you.

In My jobs, set yourself On duty and choose a vehicle (choosing a vehicle now is optional)

Choose Menu – Overview – New job (this creates a draft)

There are two ways to create a job:

- Manually, as described below
- Through the Job Interpreter - Assist recommends this one!

Fill in the information the job needs:

There are 3 main areas:

What needs to be done – what is it being done to – who and where is the customer?

1. Job
- Job type (must be selected if it is anything other than recovery)
- Cause of damage (optional – but often required by the insurance companies)
- Any details and tags (optional)

2. Object
- Information about the object (the car, the boat, something else – worth filling in)
- Registration number with lookup (click the magnifying glass) – this also pulls in the vehicle details, and fills in the requester/customer automatically if you choose to
- Add the phone number of the requester / customer – this is smart 😊 then you can call them straight from Assist

Agreement details
- For contract customers (optional)
- Insurance (optional), but it is smart to clarify where the requester is insured

3. Services
Add the job site (either by typing the address, choosing it on the map, or – if the requester/customer doesn't know it – writing a description of the job site. You can update it once you are at the exact location; Assist will check and ask you)
