How to set up the integration between Assist and Duett

This guide walks you through connecting Duett to Assist so you can send orders, customers and products from Assist to Duett.

Step 1: get the user key from Duett

Open Duett, then go to Menu > Settings > Integrations.

On the integrations screen, find the field Select a system supplier. Search for Assist IT AS, then select Assist IT AS from the list.

Click Activate.

In the left-hand menu, click Integrations in use. In the list, expand Assist IT AS, and copy User key at the system supplier.

Step 2: enter the user key in Assist

  1. Open Assist.

  2. Go to Settings > Integration and select Duett.

  3. Paste the user key you copied from Duett into the field for User key.

  4. Tick the options that suit your business best.

  5. Check that the VAT codes are correct in both Assist and Duett.

  6. Click Save.

The integration between Assist and Duett is now set up!
