Assist Standard subscription
Tracksys integration subscription (there is a charge for this integration)
Tracksys subscription with a tracker on one or more vehicles
In Tracksys
Order an API key from support@tracksys.no
Use this wording:
On behalf of [company] - [org. no.]
I hereby order an API key for integration with Assist
Please also send a copy to support@assist-it.no

Once you have received the API key, follow the instructions below, or contact support@assist-it.no for support
In Assist
Enter the API key
Go to Settings - Integrations - Tracksys -> Add
Decide on a name for the integration (Tracksys is the default and you are welcome to keep it)
Paste in the API key
Link vehicles from Tracksys to the vehicle register in Assist
As soon as the key has been pasted in, the lists of vehicles from Assist and from Tracksys become visible. Now decide which of the units carrying Tracksys trackers you want to be visible in Assist.
Pick the matching vehicle from the list for each vehicle you want visible in Assist. Do this for every vehicle
If you choose None, the vehicle will not be shown in Assist
Save changes
Every vehicle, or anything else connected in Tracksys (that has a GPS tracker), will appear on the maps in Assist.
You can switch the details on and off in map
Red vehicles: vehicles from Tracksys with an active driver in Assist that have not been assigned a job = Available
Blue vehicles: vehicles from Tracksys with an active driver in Assist that have one or more active jobs = Busy
Grey vehicles = vehicles from Tracksys with no active driver or job
