The Assist network makes it easy for stations to work together. Once you join, others can send you requests directly in Assist. The jobs land straight in your system – no emails and no double handling.
Why join?
More jobs: Other stations can send you requests when they need assistance, want to pass a job on, or would like to delegate the work to you.
Take on jobs you could not take before: By working together in the Assist network you can now take jobs that capacity, equipment or location may have ruled out before.
Quick to use: If you accept, the request automatically becomes a job in Assist – you do not have to key everything in yourself.
No risk: You decide what you accept, and you can leave whenever you like.
Easy to get started: Joining takes under a minute and is included in the Standard plan.
In short: the network gives you new job opportunities – and a tidy way of working with other stations.
Practical examples
As a member of the Assist network, your station can receive requests from others. Much like you do today – but without emails flying in all directions. The job arrives fully entered in Assist, so you can get going faster.
Assistance: A station needs extra resources, a TMA or a crane for example. You get the request with all the details, including the incident location, and can take the job if you have capacity.
Passing a job on: A station sees that the customer is outside their area. They send the request to you because you are closer. When you accept, the job is created automatically at your end.
Delegating a job: A station wants you to take the whole job on their behalf. You receive the request, create the job in Assist and invoice the station as the requester.
👉 The result: no paperwork, and new jobs straight into your system.

The option to sign up to agreements and standing partnership packages
A map of every station in the Assist network
How to leave
Select Leave the Assist network in the menu.
You can rejoin at any time later.
FAQ – frequently asked questions
Do I have to accept every request?
No. You decide what you accept or decline.
Does it cost anything to take part?
No. It is included in the Standard plan (or higher).
Can I choose which services I offer?
Yes. You set up which services you want to offer, and you can change this at any time.
How am I told when someone sends me a request?
The active operations manager gets a push notification in Assist, and the request appears under Requests received.
Can customers see that I am in the network?
No. The network is only visible between stations. (For now – this may change if we later develop features where customers can see the stations in the network).
