Job site is missing an address

What to do when a job has no transport destination and navigation will not start.

Written by Leif T. Rudlang

When does this happen?

This can happen if the operator has not entered an address, or after you have marked the job as Picked up, but the job has no Transport to.

You may then be offered the option of adding a transport destination instead of starting navigation.

How to add a transport destination

  1. Open the job.

  2. Go to Do the job.

  3. Press Work performed.

  4. Check that the job is not set to Ready on site if the vehicle is to be transported.

  5. Press Add transport if the transport location is missing.

  6. Select the correct Transport to.

  7. Go back to the job.

  8. Press Start navigation.

If the job has several stops

If the route has more than one stop, Assist may ask you to choose where you want to navigate to now.

Select the correct Stop or Transport destination.

If the vehicle is not going to be transported after all

If the job was resolved on site, go to Work performed and select Ready on site.

The job should then be completed as work at the job site, not as transport.

When is the problem solved?

The problem is solved when the route has the correct Transport to, and Start navigation points to the right destination.
