In Assist we have integrated bompengekalkulator.no so that we can quickly and seamlessly work out the amount you can invoice for tolls and ferries on the route you have driven. These are out-of-pocket costs you should be getting back!
Requirements:
The vehicle you are using is registered in the Assist vehicle register with the necessary technical data.
You have registered a service on the job that involves driving to a location - and ideally transport to another location as well
The status of the job is completed
An order has been created
Go to the order you want to add tolls/ferry to. You can now select Tolls
If the job has several services, you can select the route you want to calculate:
When you select Calculate tolls, Assist will find the correct charge you are billed for on this trip.
To add them to the order, all you have to do is select Add:
..and the order lines are added - ready for invoicing.
