Betaling med Ny ordre og ordrelinje markert

Before you start

  • The job must be marked as Arrived at job site.

  • You must know what is to be paid or recorded.

  • Follow your station's routines for when the driver should create an order.

How to open Payment

  1. Open the job.

  2. Mark Arrived at job site when you get there.

  3. Go to Do the job.

  4. Tap Payment.

If there are no orders yet, you see the message Nothing here yet.

How to create a new order - Excess

  1. Tap New order and then tap Order A (or whichever one you want to open)

  2. Enter the customer's name, or check and select the suggested customer (owner) highlighted in light blue.

  3. Select Excess if that is what you are charging.

  4. Enter the correct amount if it has not already been filled in

  5. On Receiving excess - Add new order (if there is not already an Order B)

  6. Save

  7. Select Payment - Payment method

  8. Find the correct payment method

  9. For example Vipps - select App
(enter the registration number in the reference field)

Then use, for example, your company's Vippskassa as the till point to take payment.
The company sets up an agreement with Vipps MobilePay and the driver gets the Vippskassa app on their phone - it then works like a till. This solution also supports credit cards and is a full point-of-sale system.

  10. Go to Assist - Confirm payment.

  11. You can share the receipt from Assist if the customer wants one.
    See Payment confirmation - Share

How to create a new order - Invoice

  1. Create a new order, or open Order B (any excess has then already been deducted)

  2. Enter / look up Customer name (for invoices, customers that are not in the customer register must be created here)

  3. Add the correct product lines for what you are charging - these are taken from the product register. Contract customers' prices appear at the top if this is a contract customer.

  4. Select product line
Search by typing the start of the name or the number, or pick from the list

  5. Add

Check the amount, VAT and payment method.

Add any comments or references

Correct the product line by tapping the pencil

The order is linked to the job.

How to read the order list

In Payment you can see existing orders. Each order shows, among other things:

  • order name and customer,

  • order status,

  • the number of products or order lines,

  • any excess, or excess deducted,

  • and the total to pay.

Tap an order to open its details.

What happens next

Once the order has been created or checked, you can go back to the job.

Continue with documentation, work performed, storage or the next status, as your station's routine requires.

If something is not working

  • If you cannot find Payment check that the job is marked as Arrived at job site.

  • If you are unsure what should be invoiced, contact the station before you add order lines.

  • If a product is missing, it may not be registered or it may not be usable on the order.

  • If a payment has already been recorded, check the existing order before you create a new one.

When are you done?

You are done when the correct order has been created or checked and the payment information follows your station's routine.
