If it says No active jobs you have no jobs assigned right now. When you get a new job, you receive a notification on your phone and it appears here.

Understanding the job card

Each job appears as a card. The card can contain:

  • The type of job and the vehicle, for example a car or a boat.

  • Job number and service number.

  • Status, for example Awaiting response, Accepted, En route, Arrived, Picked up or Completed.

  • The job site and any transport destination. The driver can enter or correct the job site.

  • Information about the vehicle, for example make, model and registration number.

  • Job details or labels added by the station.

If the job is awaiting your response, the card shows the buttons Accept and Decline .

When you open a job

When you open a job, you first see the job details, contacts (with an option to call them if a mobile number has been entered), route information and the next status options.

Once you have marked that you have arrived at the job site, Assist checks that you are in the right place and you can update the job site - then you get access to everything you need to document and complete the job:

  • Documentation for photos and files.

  • Work performed for what was done on the job.

  • Payment for orders and payment.

  • Service info if it is relevant to the job.

  • Storage if the vehicle is to be stored.

Follow the statuses in the job as the work progresses, for example
En route, Arrived at job site, Picked up, Arrived at destination and Completed + Signed off.

View completed jobs

At the bottom of the page you can see how many jobs you have completed today. Tap Open my history to view jobs you have completed earlier.

In My history you can search and filter completed jobs. This is useful if you need to check what has been done, find a registration number, or see whether a job is marked as Completed or Signed off.

If something is not working

  • If you are not getting new jobs, check that you are set to On duty.

  • If you cannot start or update the job, check that you have selected the right Vehicle.

  • If the vehicle is already in use by another driver, you will be told before you take it over.

  • If the job is not in the list, it may be assigned to another driver or not assigned yet.

  • If you have declined a job, it stays marked as declined and cannot be opened in the same way as an accepted job.

When are you done?

You have finished this part when:

  • you have selected the right Vehicle,

  • you are set to On duty when you are available,

  • you have accepted the job you are going to carry out,

  • and you can open the job from the list in My jobs.
