Why can I not see them?
When you open a job, you first see the job details, contacts, route information and the next status.
The job fields sit under Do the job and Do the job is unlocked once you have arrived at the job site.
How to bring up the job fields
Open the job from My jobs.
Tap En route when you set off for the job site.
When you arrive, tap Arrived at job site.
Find the card Do the job.
Choose what you need: Documentation, Work performed, Payment, Service info or Storage.
If you are already there
If you are physically there but the job fields do not appear, check that the job status is actually Arrived at job site or later.
If the status is still En route or Accepted you need to update the status first.
If you set the wrong status
Open Status options (3 dots) and use Undo status if the option is available.
If you need to set a status with a specific time, use Set status with a custom time.
When is the problem solved?
The problem is solved when you can see Do the job on the job and can open the job fields you need.
