When should you contact support?

Get in touch if you:

  • are stuck on a job,

  • need help with an order, a payment or an invoice,

  • are unsure how a function is meant to be used,

  • find that something isn't working as expected,

  • or would like a walkthrough of how your team could get more out of Assist.

The more specific the information you send us, the faster we can help.

Sales and finance support

Bjørn Olav is your first port of call for questions about finance, orders, invoice flow, payment and day-to-day use of the commercial workflows in Assist.

What should you include?

So that we can help you quickly, please include:

  1. The name of the station.

  2. What you were trying to do.

  3. What happened instead.

  4. The job number, order number or customer name if relevant.

  5. A screenshot if something looks wrong.

If the matter is urgent, say so clearly and tell us what is holding up the work.
