Step 1: Tap ⋮ (the three-dot icon) in the bottom left corner of Assist:
Step 2: Tap Account settings
Step 3: You can now change your user name, add a profile picture and add a phone number. This is also where you choose the language and appearance of your personal Assist.
This is also where you manage notifications.
Remember to tap Save changes when you are done.
Note: An administrator can also add phone numbers for the drivers here:

Click in the Phone number column for the driver you want to add a number for
Enter the number.
