To find historical information again, you can go about it as follows.
Example:
Let us say you want to search for a particular registration number.
Open Archive - All jobs
Select the Registration number column, click the three dots -> Filter
3. Start typing the registration number you are looking for in Value - as you type, the registration numbers are filtered and the list finally narrows down to what Value shows
4. You can now open the job and find all the details.
5. Remember to reset the filter after searching
