Before you start
The job must have been completed by you.
You must be logged in as a driver.
How to open My history
Open My jobs.
Tap Open my history at the bottom of the page.
The button also shows how many jobs have been completed today, for example 0 jobs completed today - Open my history.
How to search
Go to My history.
Type in the field Search history.
Open the job you want to check.
You can search on things such as:
job number,
description or reason,
labels,
registration number,
make or model,
service name or description,
job site or transport location.
How to filter
Use the filters at the top of the history:
All statuses to show everything.
Completed for jobs that are finished but not signed off.
Signed off for jobs that have been signed off.
All jobs to filter by job type.
All vehicles to filter by vehicle type.
If there are more results than are shown at first, tap Load more.
What can you use the history for?
The history is useful when you need to:
check what was done,
find a registration number,
view photos or documentation,
check whether the job is Completed or Signed off by,
or open an older job to see the details.
If something is not working
If the history is empty, you may not have completed any jobs yet.
If a job does not appear, check your search term and filters.
If you are searching on a registration number, try both the full number and part of it.
If you cannot find a job you believe you carried out, contact the station and ask them to check which driver the job is registered to.
