Before you start
You must be logged in as a driver.
You should have selected the right Vehicle.
The job must be assigned to you.
How to accept a job
Open My jobs.
Find the job card with the status Awaiting response.
Check the job site, any transport destination, the vehicle and the labels.
Tap Accept if you can take the job.
Open the job from the job card.
When you accept the job, the status updates to show that you have accepted it. You can then open the job and continue with the next status.
How to decline a job
Open My jobs.
Find the job you cannot take.
Tap Decline.
When you decline, the station is told that you cannot take the job. The job is marked as declined for you.
What should you check before you respond?
Pay particular attention to:
where the job starts,
whether there is a transport destination,
which vehicle the job concerns,
whether the job has important information or labels,
and whether you have the right vehicle available.
What happens next
If you tap Accept you can open the job and follow the statuses onwards, for example En route and Arrived at job site.
If you tap Decline you should normally not carry out the job. Contact the station if you declined by mistake.
If something is not working
If you cannot see Accept and Decline the job may already have been answered.
If you are told that the job is not assigned to you, tap My jobs and open a job from your own list.
If you have no vehicle selected, go back to My jobs and select Vehicle.
If the job has been cancelled, it shows Job cancelled and you should not continue with it.
When are you done?
You are done when the job has either been accepted and can be opened, or declined so that the station can follow it up.
